स तै: परिवृतो राजा नक्षत्रैरिव चन्द्रमा: । अभ्याजगाम गाड़िेयं ब्रह्माणमिव वासव:

Transliteration

sa taiḥ parivṛto rājā nakṣatrair iva candramāḥ | abhyājagāma gāṅgeyaṃ brahmāṇam iva vāsavaḥ ||

Translation

ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ପରିବୃତ ରାଜା—ନକ୍ଷତ୍ରବେଷ୍ଟିତ ଚନ୍ଦ୍ରମା ପରି—ଗଙ୍ଗାନନ୍ଦନ ଭୀଷ୍ମଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ଅଗ୍ରସର ହେଲେ; ଯେପରି ବାସବ (ଇନ୍ଦ୍ର) ବ୍ରହ୍ମାଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ଯାଆନ୍ତି।
