ततः स विप्र: कृतकर्मनिश्चय: कृताभ्यनुज्ञ: स्वजनेन धर्मकृत्‌ । यथोपदिष्टं भुजगेन्द्रसंश्रयं जगाम काले सुकृतैकनिश्चय:

Transliteration

tataḥ sa vipraḥ kṛtakarmaniscayaḥ kṛtābhyanujñaḥ svajanena dharmakṛt | yathopadiṣṭaṃ bhujagendrasaṃśrayaṃ jagāma kāle sukṛtaikaniscayaḥ ||

Translation

ତେବେ ସେ ଧର୍ମାତ୍ମା ବ୍ରାହ୍ମଣ ନିଜ ଅଭିଷ୍ଟ କର୍ତ୍ତବ୍ୟ ସମ୍ପାଦନ କରିବାକୁ ଦୃଢ଼ ନିଶ୍ଚୟ କରି, ସ୍ୱଜନଙ୍କ ଅନୁମତି ନେଇ, ଅତିଥି ଯେପରି ଉପଦେଶ ଦେଇଥିଲେ ସେହିପରି ଯଥାସମୟରେ ନାଗରାଜଙ୍କ ନିବାସ ଦିଗକୁ ଯାତ୍ରା କଲା। ପୁଣ୍ୟକାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ସିଦ୍ଧିରେ ଏକାଗ୍ର ଓ ସ୍ଥିରମନା ହୋଇ ସେ ଧର୍ମାନୁସାରେ ଅଗ୍ରସର ହେଲା।
