न त्वस्य रमते बुद्धिराश्रमेषु नराधिप । त्रिषु गार्हस्थ्यमूलेषु मोक्षधर्मानुदर्शिन:

Transliteration

na tv asya ramate buddhir āśrameṣu narādhipa | triṣu gārhasthya-mūleṣu mokṣa-dharmānudarśinaḥ ||

Translation

ଭୀଷ୍ମ କହିଲେ— ନରାଧିପ! ଗାର୍ହସ୍ଥ୍ୟକୁ ମୂଳ ଆଧାର କରିଥିବା ସେଇ ତିନି ଆଶ୍ରମରେ ତାଙ୍କ ବୁଦ୍ଧି ରମଣ କରୁନଥିଲା; କାରଣ ସେ ମୋକ୍ଷଧର୍ମକୁ ହିଁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ରଖିଥିଲେ।
