Impermanence, Svabhāva, and Śuka’s Resolve for Yoga
याज़्ञवल्क्य उवाच कृत्स्नधारिणमेव त्वां मन्ये गन्धर्वसत्तम । जिज्ञाससे च मां राजंस्तन्निबोध यथाश्रुतम्
yājñavalkya uvāca | kṛtsnadhāriṇam eva tvāṃ manye gandharvasattama | jijñāsase ca māṃ rājan tan nibodha yathāśrutam ||
ଯାଜ୍ଞବଲ୍କ୍ୟ କହିଲେ— ହେ ଗନ୍ଧର୍ବଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ, ମୁଁ ତୁମକୁ ନିଶ୍ଚୟ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ବୋଧ ଧାରଣ କରୁଥିବା ବୋଲି ମନେ କରେ। ତଥାପି, ହେ ରାଜନ, ତୁମେ ମୋତେ ପଚାରୁଛ ଏବଂ ମୋର ମତ ଜାଣିବାକୁ ଚାହୁଁଛ; ତେଣୁ ଶୁଣ— ଯେପରି ମୁଁ ଶୁଣିଛି, ସେପରି ତୁମକୁ କହୁଛି।
