लोभजानि तथा राजन्‌ बन्धनानि बलान्विता: । छित्त्वा योगा: परं मार्ग गच्छन्ति विमलं शिवम्‌

Transliteration

bhīṣma uvāca | lobhajāni tathā rājan bandhanāni balānvitāḥ | chittvā yogāḥ paraṃ mārgaṃ gacchanti vimalaṃ śivam ||

Translation

ଭୀଷ୍ମ କହିଲେ—ହେ ରାଜନ୍! ଯେପରି ବଳବାନ୍ ମୃଗ ଜାଲକୁ ଛିଣ୍ଡି ସମସ୍ତ ବନ୍ଧନରୁ ମୁକ୍ତ ହୋଇ ନିର୍ବିଘ୍ନରେ ନିଜ ପଥରେ ଅଗ୍ରସର ହୁଏ, ସେପରି ଯୋଗବଳସମ୍ପନ୍ନ ଯୋଗୀ ଲୋଭଜନିତ ସମସ୍ତ ବନ୍ଧନକୁ ଛେଦି ପରମ ପଥ—ନିର୍ମଳ ଓ ଶିବମୟ—ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ କରନ୍ତି।
