यथा सर्वेषु देवेषु वरिष्ठो भगवान्‌ शिव: । तथा स्तवो वरिष्ठो5यं स्तवानां ब्रह्मसम्मित:

Transliteration

yathā sarveṣu deveṣu variṣṭho bhagavān śivaḥ | tathā stavo variṣṭho 'yaṃ stavānāṃ brahmasammitaḥ ||

Translation

ଭୀଷ୍ମ କହିଲେ—ଯେପରି ସମସ୍ତ ଦେବମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଭଗବାନ୍ ଶିବ ସର୍ବଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ, ସେପରି ଏହି ସ୍ତବ ସମସ୍ତ ସ୍ତୁତିମଧ୍ୟରେ ସର୍ବଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ—ବ୍ରହ୍ମସମ୍ମିତ।
