उमोवाच भगवन्‌ सर्वभूतेषु प्रभावाभ्यधिको गुणै: । अजय्यश्नाप्यधृष्यश्न तेजसा यशसा श्रिया

Transliteration

umovāca bhagavan sarvabhūteṣu prabhāvābhyadhiko guṇaiḥ | ajayyaś cāpy adhṛṣyaś ca tejasā yaśasā śriyā | mahābhāga! yajñe yaḥ khalu evaṃ tvayi bhāgadāna-niṣedhaḥ kṛtaḥ, tena me mahad duḥkham abhavat | anagha! asmin apamāne mama sarvaṃ śarīraṃ kampate |

Translation

ଉମା କହିଲେ—ଭଗବନ୍! ସମସ୍ତ ପ୍ରାଣୀମଧ୍ୟରେ ପ୍ରଭାବ ଓ ଗୁଣରେ ଆପଣ ସର୍ବଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ; ଆପଣ ଅଜେୟ, ଅଧୃଷ୍ୟ, ତେଜସ୍ବୀ, ଯଶସ୍ବୀ ଓ ଶ୍ରୀସମ୍ପନ୍ନ।
