अनिसृष्टानि गुरुणा फलानि मनुजर्षभ । भक्षितानि महाराज तत्र मां शाधि मा चिरम्‌,“नरश्रेष्ठ! मैंने बड़े भाईके दिये बिना ही उनके बगीचेसे फल लेकर खा लिये हैं; महाराज! इसके लिये मुझे शीघ्र दण्ड दीजिये”

Transliteration

anissṛṣṭāni guruṇā phalāni manujarṣabha | bhakṣitāni mahārāja tatra māṃ śādhi mā ciram ||

Translation

ବ୍ୟାସ କହିଲେ—ହେ ନରଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ, ହେ ମହାରାଜ! ଅଗ୍ରଜଙ୍କ ଅନୁମତି ବିନା ମୋତେ ଦିଆଯାଇନଥିବା ଫଳ ମୁଁ ଭକ୍ଷଣ କରିଛି। ଏହି ଦୋଷ ପାଇଁ ମୋତେ ଶୀଘ୍ର ଦଣ୍ଡ ଦିଅ; ବିଳମ୍ବ କରନି।
