स्थापितो हास्य समय: पूर्वमेव स्वयम्भुवा । अजसंं परियात्येष सत्येनावतपन्‌ प्रजा:

Transliteration

śakra uvāca | sthāpito hāsya samayaḥ pūrvam eva svayambhuvā | ajaṃ saṃpariyāty eṣa satyenāvatapan prajāḥ |

Translation

ଶକ୍ର କହିଲେ—ସ୍ୱୟମ୍ଭୂ ସୃଷ୍ଟିକର୍ତ୍ତା ବ୍ରହ୍ମା ପୂର୍ବରୁ ହିଁ ତାଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଏକ ନିଶ୍ଚିତ ନିୟମ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ସେହି ସତ୍ୟ-ନିୟମ ଅନୁସାରେ ଏହି ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟ ନିରନ୍ତର ପରିଭ୍ରମଣ କରି ପ୍ରଜାମାନଙ୍କୁ ତାପ ଦେଉଛନ୍ତି।
