कपोती-विलापः स्वर्गसंयोगश्च
The Dove’s Lament and Celestial Reunion
कृतबुद्धि्द्रूमे तस्मिन् वस्तुं तां रजनी ततः । साञ्जलि: प्रणतिं कृत्वा वाक्यमाह वनस्पतिम्
kṛtabuddhidrūme tasmin vastuṃ tāṃ rajanī tataḥ | sāñjaliḥ praṇatiṃ kṛtvā vākyam āha vanaspatim ||
ଭୀଷ୍ମ କହିଲେ—ତାପରେ ସେ ରାତିଟି ସେଠାରେ ରହିବାକୁ ନିଶ୍ଚୟ କରି ‘କୃତବୁଦ୍ଧି’ ବୋଲି ବର୍ଣ୍ଣିତ ସେଇ ବୃକ୍ଷ ପାଖକୁ ଗଲା। ହାତ ଯୋଡ଼ି ପ୍ରଣାମ କରି, ବିନୟଯୁକ୍ତ ବାକ୍ୟରେ ସେ ଵନସ୍ପତି-ନାଥଙ୍କୁ ସମ୍ବୋଧନ କଲା।
