Transliteration

na vavarṣa sahasrākṣaḥ pratilomo 'bhavad guruḥ | jagāma dakṣiṇa-mārgaṃ somo vyāvṛtta-lakṣaṇaḥ ||

Translation

ସହସ୍ରାକ୍ଷ ଇନ୍ଦ୍ର ବର୍ଷା କଲେ ନାହିଁ; ଗୁରୁ (ବୃହସ୍ପତି) ପ୍ରତିଲୋମ (ବକ୍ର) ଗତିରେ ହେଲେ; ଏବଂ ବିକୃତ ଲକ୍ଷଣଯୁକ୍ତ ସୋମ (ଚନ୍ଦ୍ର) ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ମାର୍ଗକୁ ଗଲେ।
