आपद्धर्मे राज्ञः नीतिः — Bharadvāja’s Counsel on Crisis-Statecraft (Śānti Parva 138)
परीक्ष्यकारी युक्तश्न स सम्यगुपपादयेत् । देशकालावभिप्रेतो ताभ्यां फलमवाप्नुयात्
parīkṣyakārī yuktaśna sa samyag upapādayet | deśakālāv abhipreto tābhyāṃ phalam avāpnuyāt ||
ଯେ ପୁରୁଷ ବିଚାର କରି, ସଂଯମିତ ଆଚରଣ ସହ ଏବଂ ସଦା ସଚେତନ ରହି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରେ, ସେ ଅଭିପ୍ରେତ ଦେଶ ଓ କାଳକୁ ଯଥାଯଥ ଭାବେ ବ୍ୟବହାର କରି, ସେମାନଙ୍କ ସହାୟତାରେ ଇଚ୍ଛିତ ଫଳ ପାଏ।
