Treasury Formation and Fine-Grained Ethics
हीनकोशं॑ हि राजानमवजानन्ति मानवा: । न चास्याल्पेन तुष्यन्ति कार्यमप्युत्सहन्ति च
hīna-kośaṁ hi rājānam avajānanti mānavāḥ | na cāsyālpena tuṣyanti kāryam apy utsahanti ca ||
ଯାହାର କୋଷ କ୍ଷୀଣ, ସେହି ରାଜାକୁ ସାଧାରଣ ଲୋକମାନେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଅବହେଳା କରନ୍ତି। ତାଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଅଳ୍ପ ପାଇଲେ ସେମାନେ ସନ୍ତୁଷ୍ଟ ହୁଅନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ, ଏବଂ ତାଙ୍କ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିବାରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଉତ୍ସାହ ଦେଖାନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ।
