वसुहरोम उवाच
The verse highlights dharmic order through appropriate appointment of guardians: each domain of life (vegetation, hosts of beings) is entrusted to a capable ruler, suggesting that stability and welfare arise from rightly assigned responsibility and protection.
Vasu-haroma describes a divine act of organization: Aṁśumān is set over plants and creepers, while Skanda—depicted as a powerful twelve-armed youth—is appointed as king and foremost lord of the bhūtas (hosts of beings/spirits).
