नित्य॑ राष्ट्रमवेक्षेत गोभि: सूर्य इवोदित: । चरान् स्वनुचरान् विद्यात् तथा बुद्धया स्वयं चरेत्
nityaṁ rāṣṭram avekṣeta gobhiḥ sūrya ivoditaḥ | carān svānucarān vidyāt tathā buddhyā svayaṁ caret ||
ଭୀଷ୍ମ କହିଲେ—ଉଦିତ ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଯେପରି ନିଜ କିରଣଦ୍ୱାରା ପ୍ରତିଦିନ ସମଗ୍ର ଜଗତକୁ ଅବଲୋକନ କରେ, ସେପରି ରାଜା ନିତ୍ୟ ନିଜ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରକୁ ନିରୀକ୍ଷଣ କରିବା ଉଚିତ। ଗୁପ୍ତଚର ଓ ବିଶ୍ୱସ୍ତ ଅନୁଚରମାନଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ସମାଚାର ଜାଣି, ନିଜ ବୁଦ୍ଧିରେ ବିଚାର କରି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରୁ।
