Upāya-dharma and Senāyoga: Expedient Ethics & Army Deployment
दशाधिपतय: कार्या: शताधिपतयस्तथा । ततः सहस्राधिपतिं कुर्याच्छूरमतन्द्रितम्
daśādhipatayaḥ kāryāḥ śatādhipatayas tathā | tataḥ sahasrādhipatiṁ kuryāc chūram atandritam ||
ଭୀଷ୍ମ କହିଲେ—ସେନାରେ କିଛି ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ଦଶଜନର ଅଧିପତି, ଏବଂ କିଛିଙ୍କୁ ଶତଜନର ଅଧିପତି କର। ତାପରେ ଶୂର, ସଚେତନ ଓ ଅଳସ୍ୟରହିତ ଏକ ବୀରକୁ ସହସ୍ର ଯୋଦ୍ଧାଙ୍କ ଅଧିପତି କର।
