Duryodhana-śibira-praveśaḥ — The Pāṇḍavas Enter the Kaurava Camp; The Burning of Arjuna’s Chariot
ववौ च सुरभिर्वायु: पुण्यगन्धो मृदुः सुख: । व्यराजंश्व दिश: सर्वा नभो वैदूर्यसंनिभम्
sañjaya uvāca | vavau ca surabhir vāyuḥ puṇyagandho mṛduḥ sukhaḥ | vyarājaṃś ca diśaḥ sarvā nabho vaidūryasaṃnibham |
ସଞ୍ଜୟ କହିଲେ—ସୁରଭିମୟ ପବନ ବହିଲା—ପୁଣ୍ୟଗନ୍ଧଯୁକ୍ତ, ମୃଦୁ ଓ ସାନ୍ତ୍ୱନାଦାୟକ। ସମସ୍ତ ଦିଗ ତେଜରେ ଝଲମଲ କଲା, ଆକାଶ ବୈଦୂର୍ୟ (ଲାଜୱର୍ଦ୍) ପରି ଦୀପ୍ତିମାନ ହେଲା। ଏହି ଦୃଶ୍ୟ ଶୁଭ ଓ ଅଲୌକିକ ଅନୁମୋଦନର ସଙ୍କେତ—ଯେପରି ଯୁଦ୍ଧହିଂସା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଧର୍ମ କ୍ଷଣମାତ୍ର ଶାନ୍ତିରୂପେ ପ୍ରକାଶିତ ହେଲା।
