तथैव ते समासाद्य पप्रच्छुस्तमनामयम् | प्रत्यभ्यर्च्य हली सर्वान् क्षत्रियांश्व॒ महात्मन:
tathaiva te samāsādya papracchus tam anāmayam | pratyabhyarcya halī sarvān kṣatriyāṁś ca mahātmanaḥ ||
ସେହିପରି ସେମାନେ ସେଇ ନିର୍ଦୋଷ ମହାପୁରୁଷଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ଯାଇ ତାଙ୍କର କୁଶଳ ପଚାରିଲେ। ହଲୀ (ବଳରାମ)ଙ୍କୁ ଯଥାବିଧି ସତ୍କାର କରି, ସେଇ ମହାତ୍ମାମାନେ ସେଠାରେ ଥିବା ସମସ୍ତ କ୍ଷତ୍ରିୟଙ୍କୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ସମ୍ମାନ ଦେଲେ।
संजय उवाच
Even in a war setting, dharma is reflected through proper conduct—approaching elders or revered figures respectfully, offering due honor, and engaging in inquiry with decorum rather than arrogance.
A group approaches a respected, blameless person and questions him; they first (or also) honor Hali (Balarāma) and extend respectful greetings to the assembled kṣatriyas, marking a formal and ethically appropriate interaction.
