न हि दैवाद गरीयो वै मानुषं कर्म कथ्यते । मानुष्यं कुर्वतः कर्म यदि दैवान्न सिध्यति

Transliteration

na hi daivād garīyo vai mānuṣaṃ karma kathyate | mānuṣyaṃ kurvataḥ karma yadi daivān na sidhyati ||

Translation

ଦୈବଠାରୁ ମାନବକର୍ମ ଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ ବୋଲି କୁହାଯାଏ ନାହିଁ। ମନୁଷ୍ୟ ଉପାୟ କରି କର୍ମ କଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ, ଯଦି ଦୈବ ଅନୁକୂଳ ନୁହେଁ, ତେବେ ତାହା ସିଦ୍ଧ ହୁଏ ନାହିଁ।
