कल्माषीतीरसंस्थस्य गतत्त्वं शिष्यतां भूगो: । द्रष्टा सदा नारदस्ते धौम्यस्तेडयं पुरोहित:

Transliteration

kalmāṣītīrasaṃsthasya gatatvaṃ śiṣyatāṃ bhūgoḥ | draṣṭā sadā nāradaste dhaumyaste'dyaṃ purohitaḥ ||

Translation

ବିଦୁର କହିଲେ—ରାଜନ, ତୁମେ ପରାମର୍ଶହୀନ ନୁହଁ। କଲ୍ମାଷୀ ନଦୀତଟରେ ବସୁଥିବା ମହର୍ଷି ଭୃଗୁ ତୁମକୁ ଉପଦେଶ ଦେଇ ଅନୁଗ୍ରହ କରିଛନ୍ତି; ଦେବର୍ଷି ନାରଦ ସଦା ତୁମର ଦେଖଭାଳ କରନ୍ତି; ଏବଂ ତୁମ କୁଳପୁରୋହିତ ଧୌମ୍ୟ ସଦା ତୁମ ପାଖରେ ରହନ୍ତି। ଏପରି ଗୁରୁ ଓ ରକ୍ଷକମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଥାଇ ତୁମେ ସଂଯମ ଓ ଧର୍ମମାର୍ଗରେ ଚାଲିବା ଉଚିତ।
