साम्बं च निहतं दृष्टवा चारुदेष्णं च माधव:

Transliteration

sāmbaṁ ca nihataṁ dṛṣṭvā cārudeṣṇaṁ ca mādhavaḥ

Translation

ସାମ୍ବ ନିହତ ଓ ଚାରୁଦେଷ୍ଣା ମଧ୍ୟ ପତିତ—ଏହା ଦେଖି ମାଧବ ନିଜ କୁଳର ବିନାଶ ଦେଖିଲେ; ଧର୍ମ ଲଂଘିତ ହେଲେ ଓ ସଂଯମ ଛାଡ଼ିଦିଆଗଲେ, ଭାଗ୍ୟର ପରିପାକକୁ ମହାବଳୀମାନେ ମଧ୍ୟ ରୋକିପାରନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ—ଏହି ଅର୍ଥ ଉଦ୍‌ଘାଟିତ ହେଲା।
