अपन का बा | ऑफ क्राछ एकत्रिशो< ध्याय: रात्रिमें कौरवोंकी मन्त्रणा
dhṛtarāṣṭra uvāca | svecchandena naḥ sarvān avadhīd vyaktam arjunaḥ | na hāsya samare mucyed antako 'py ātātāyī ||
ଧୃତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର କହିଲେ—ସଞ୍ଜୟ! ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ ଯେ ଅର୍ଜୁନ ନିଜ ଇଚ୍ଛାରେ ଆମ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ବଧ କରିଛି। ଯୁଦ୍ଧରେ ସେ ଯେତେବେଳେ ଶସ୍ତ୍ର ଉଠାଏ, ସେତେବେଳେ କ୍ରୂର ଆକ୍ରମଣକାରୀ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ତାହାର ହାତରୁ ଜୀବନ୍ତ ଛୁଟିପାରେ ନାହିଁ।
