अलम्बुस-वधः
The Neutralization of Alambusa
समिद्धिः सपवित्राभिरग्निमाहुतिभिस्तथा । मन्त्रपूताभिररचिर त्वा निश्चक्राम गृहात् ततः,वहाँ पवित्री (कुशके दो पत्तों)-सहित समिधाओं तथा मन्त्रपूत आहुतियोंसे अग्निदेवकी पूजा करके वे उस अग्निहोत्रगृहसे बाहर निकले
samiddhiḥ sapavitrābhir agnim āhutibhis tathā | mantrapūtābhir arcitvā niścakrāma gṛhāt tataḥ ||
ସଞ୍ଜୟ କହିଲେ—ସେଠାରେ ପବିତ୍ର କୁଶସହିତ ସମିଧା ଦ୍ୱାରା ଅଗ୍ନିକୁ ପ୍ରଜ୍ୱଳିତ କରି, ମନ୍ତ୍ରପୂତ ଆହୁତି ଅର୍ପଣ କରି ଅଗ୍ନିଦେବଙ୍କୁ ବିଧିବତ୍ ପୂଜା କଲେ; ତାପରେ ସେ ଅଗ୍ନିହୋତ୍ରଗୃହରୁ ବାହାରିଲେ। ଯୁଦ୍ଧମଧ୍ୟରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ନିୟତକର୍ମ ଓ ଅନ୍ତଃଶୁଚିତା ତ୍ୟାଗ ନ କରିବାର ନୀତି ଏଠାରେ ପ୍ରକାଶିତ।
