निजघ्ने दशसाहस्रान् राम: परशुना तदा । न ह्मृष्यत ता वाचो यास्तैर्भूशमुदीरिता:
nijaghne daśasāhasrān rāmaḥ paraśunā tadā | na hṛṣyata tā vāco yās tair bhūśam udīritāḥ ||
ତେବେ ରାମ (ପରଶୁରାମ) ପରଶୁଦ୍ୱାରା ଦଶ ସହସ୍ରଙ୍କୁ ନିହତ କଲେ; କିନ୍ତୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଉଚ୍ଚ ଆର୍ତ୍ତନାଦରେ ସେ ହର୍ଷିତ ହେଲେ ନାହିଁ।
