नकुल: सहदेवश्व सात्यकिं जुगुपू रणे । उधर धृष्टद्युम्न, भीमसेन, अभिमन्यु, अर्जुन, नकुल तथा सहदेवने रणक्षेत्रमें सात्यकिका संरक्षण आरम्भ किया
nakulaḥ sahadevaś ca sātyakiṁ jugupū raṇe | uddhṛtya dhṛṣṭadyumnaḥ bhīmasenaḥ abhimanyuḥ arjunaḥ nakulaḥ tathā sahadevena raṇakṣetre sātyakeḥ saṁrakṣaṇam ārabdhaṁ |
ସଞ୍ଜୟ କହିଲେ—ରଣରେ ନକୁଳ ଓ ସହଦେବ ସାତ୍ୟକିଙ୍କୁ ରକ୍ଷା କଲେ। ଅନ୍ୟପଟେ ଧୃଷ୍ଟଦ୍ୟୁମ୍ନ, ଭୀମସେନ, ଅଭିମନ୍ୟୁ, ଅର୍ଜୁନ, ନକୁଳ ଓ ସହଦେବ—ସମସ୍ତେ ଏକତ୍ର ହୋଇ ଯୁଦ୍ଧକ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ସାତ୍ୟକିଙ୍କ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଆରମ୍ଭ କଲେ।
संजय उवाच
Even amid violent conflict, dharma expresses itself as loyalty, protection of comrades, and coordinated action to defend a vulnerable ally; courage is shown not only in attack but in safeguarding those who fight beside you.
Sañjaya reports that Nakula and Sahadeva, joined by Dhṛṣṭadyumna, Bhīma, Abhimanyu, and Arjuna, form a protective effort around Sātyaki on the battlefield, beginning a concerted defense of him during the fighting.
