Transliteration

tasmin rātrimukhe ghore mahāśabdaninādite

Translation

ସଞ୍ଜୟ କହିଲେ—ସେଇ ଭୟଙ୍କର ରାତ୍ରିର ଆରମ୍ଭରେ, ମହାଶବ୍ଦର ଘୋର ନିନାଦରେ ରଣଭୂମି କମ୍ପିଉଠିଲା; ଅନ୍ଧକାର ଘନାଇଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଯୁଦ୍ଧର କୋଳାହଳ ଥମିଲା ନାହିଁ। ଅବିରତ ବଧମଧ୍ୟରେ ଭୟ ଓ ଧର୍ମସଙ୍କଟ ଆହୁରି ବଢ଼ିଗଲା।
