यदृच्छया रणे भीम॑ युध्यमानं महाबलम् | कथंचिद् विरथं कृत्वा यत् त्वं रूक्षमभाषथा:
yadṛcchayā raṇe bhīmaṁ yudhyamānaṁ mahābalam | kathaṁcid virathaṁ kṛtvā yat tvaṁ rūkṣam abhāṣathāḥ ||
ସଞ୍ଜୟ କହିଲେ— “ରଣରେ ଦୈବଯୋଗରେ, ଭୟଙ୍କର ଭାବେ ଯୁଦ୍ଧ କରୁଥିବା ମହାବଳୀ ଭୀମଙ୍କୁ କିପରି ନା କିପରି ରଥହୀନ କରିଦେଇ, ତୁ ଯେ ରୁକ୍ଷ ବଚନ କହିଲୁ—ସେଇ ତୋ ଗର୍ବ ଓ କ୍ରୋଧର ଚାପକୁ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରେ।”
