स्वरथं पृष्ठतः कृत्वा युद्धायैव व्यवस्थित: । धनुष कट जाने तथा रथहीन होनेपर भी स्वधर्मका पालन करते हुए भीमसेन अपने रथको पीछे करके युद्धके लिये ही खड़े रहे
svarathaṃ pṛṣṭhataḥ kṛtvā yuddhāyaiva vyavasthitaḥ |
ସଞ୍ଜୟ କହିଲେ—ନିଜ ରଥକୁ ପଛକୁ କରି ସେ କେବଳ ଯୁଦ୍ଧ ପାଇଁ ଦୃଢ଼ ଭାବେ ଦାଁଡ଼ିଲେ। ଧନୁଷ ଛିନ୍ନ ହୋଇ ରଥହୀନ ହେଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ, ସ୍ୱଧର୍ମ ପାଳନ କରି ଭୀମସେନ ଯୁଦ୍ଧ ପାଇଁ ହିଁ ଅବିଚଳ ରହିଲେ।
