केचिद् भिन्ना विषाणाग्रै्िन्नकुम्भाश्न तोमरै: । विनदन्तो<5 भ्यधावन्त गर्जमाना घना इव
sañjaya uvāca | kecid bhinnā viṣāṇāgrair bhinnakumbhāś ca tomaraiḥ | vinadanto 'bhyadhāvanta garjamānā ghanā iva ||
କେତେକ ହାତୀଙ୍କ ଦାନ୍ତର ଅଗ୍ରଭାଗ ଭାଙ୍ଗି ଚିରିଯାଉଥିଲା; କେତେକଙ୍କ କୁମ୍ଭସ୍ଥଳ ତୋମରର ଆଘାତରେ ଫାଟିଯାଉଥିଲା। ସେମାନେ ଉଚ୍ଚସ୍ୱରେ ଚିତ୍କାର କରି, ଘନଗର୍ଜନା ମେଘ ପରି ଗର୍ଜି, ଭ୍ରମିତ ହୋଇ ଏଦିକ-ସେଦିକ ଦୌଡ଼ୁଥିଲେ।
