Adhyāya 92: Irāvanta-śoka, punaḥ-pravṛttiḥ saṅgrāmasya
Arjuna’s grief and the battle’s renewed intensity
न हि दुर्योधनो मन्द: पुरा प्रोक्तमबुध्यत । वार्यमाणो मया तात भीष्मेण विदुरेण च
dhṛtarāṣṭra uvāca |
na hi duryodhano mandaḥ purā proktam abudhyata |
vāryamāṇo mayā tāta bhīṣmeṇa vidureṇa ca |
ଧୃତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର କହିଲେ—ଦୁର୍ଯ୍ୟୋଧନ ସତ୍ୟରେ ମନ୍ଦବୁଦ୍ଧି ନ ଥିଲା; ତଥାପି ପୂର୍ବେ କୁହା କଥା ସେ ବୁଝିଲା ନାହିଁ। ତାତ! ମୁଁ, ଭୀଷ୍ମ ଓ ବିଦୁର ପୁନଃପୁନଃ ରୋକିଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ ସେ ହିତବଚନ ମାନିଲା ନାହିଁ।
