अध्याय ८० — मध्यंदिन-रणवृत्तान्तः

बाढमित्येवमुक्त्वा तु सर्वे पुरुषमानिन: । मध्यन्दिनगते सूर्ये प्रययु: सर्व एव हि,युधिष्ठिरकी ऐसी आज्ञा पाकर पराक्रमपूर्वक युद्ध करनेवाले वे पुरुषमानी समस्त शूरवीर “बहुत अच्छा' कहकर दोपहर होते-होते वहाँसे चल दिये
bāḍham ity evam uktvā tu sarve puruṣa-māninaḥ | madhyandina-gate sūrye prayayuḥ sarva eva hi ||
ସଞ୍ଜୟ କହିଲେ—ଏଭଳି କହି ସେ ସମସ୍ତ ପୁରୁଷମାନୀ ଶୂରବୀର “ବାଢମ୍” ବୋଲି ଉତ୍ତର ଦେଲେ। ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟ ମଧ୍ୟାହ୍ନକୁ ପହଞ୍ଚିଲେ, ସେମାନେ ସମସ୍ତେ ଯୁଧିଷ୍ଠିରଙ୍କ ଆଜ୍ଞା ଗ୍ରହଣ କରି ପ୍ରସ୍ଥାନ କଲେ।
