भीष्मस्य भीमसेन-निरोधः
Bhīṣma checks Bhīmasena; matched engagements intensify
तेनावध्या रणे पार्था जययुक्ताश्च पार्थिव । तव पुत्रा दुरात्मान: पापेष्वभिरता: सदा
tenāvadhyā raṇe pārthā jayayuktāś ca pārthiva | tava putrā durātmānaḥ pāpeṣv abhiratāḥ sadā ||
ସଞ୍ଜୟ କହିଲେ— ତେଣୁ, ହେ ରାଜନ, ରଣରେ ପୃଥାପୁତ୍ର ପାଣ୍ଡବମାନେ ଅବଧ୍ୟ ଓ ସଦା ବିଜୟସହ ଯୁକ୍ତ; କିନ୍ତୁ ତୁମ ପୁତ୍ରମାନେ ଦୁରାତ୍ମା, ସଦା ପାପରେ ଆସକ୍ତ।
