एतान्यनीकानि महानुभावं गूहन्ति मेघा इव रश्मिमन्तम्‌ । एतानि हत्वा पुरुषप्रवीर काड्क्षस्व युद्ध भरतर्षभेण

Transliteration

etāny anīkāni mahānubhāvaṁ gūhanti meghā iva raśmimantam | etāni hatvā puruṣapravīra kāṅkṣasva yuddhaṁ bharatarṣabheṇa ||

Translation

ମେଘ ଯେପରି କିରଣମୟ ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟକୁ ଢାକି ଦିଏ, ସେପରି ଏହି ସମସ୍ତ ଯୁଦ୍ଧବ୍ୟୂହ ମହାନୁଭାବ ଭୀଷ୍ମଙ୍କୁ ଗୁପ୍ତ କରି ରଖିଛି। ହେ ପୁରୁଷପ୍ରବୀର ଅର୍ଜୁନ! ପ୍ରଥମେ ଏହି ଚାରିପାଖର ଦଳଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ନିହତ କର; ତାପରେ ଭରତବୃଷଭ ଭୀଷ୍ମଙ୍କ ସହ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ଯୁଦ୍ଧ କାମନା କର।
