सर्व दुर्योधनस्यार्थ त्यक्त मे भूरिदक्षिण । मा चैतद् व्याधिमरणं क्षत्रं स्थादिति कौरव
sarva duryodhanasyārtha tyakta me bhūridakṣiṇa | mā caitad vyādhimaraṇaṁ kṣatraṁ sthād iti kaurava ||
କର୍ଣ୍ଣ କହିଲେ—ହେ ଭୂରିଦକ୍ଷିଣ! ଦୁର୍ୟୋଧନଙ୍କ ହିତ ପାଇଁ ମୁଁ ସବୁକିଛି ତ୍ୟାଗ କରିଛି। ହେ କୌରବ! କ୍ଷାତ୍ରଧର୍ମ କେବଳ ବ୍ୟାଧି ଓ ମୃତ୍ୟୁର ନାମ ହୋଇ ନ ରହୁ।
