न चक्कुस्ते रुजं तस्य स्वर्णपड्खा: शिलाशिता: । महारथी शिखण्डीने जिन महान्‌ बाणोंका प्रयोग किया था

Transliteration

sañjaya uvāca | na cākkuṣṭe rujaṃ tasya svarṇapakṣāḥ śilāśitāḥ |

Translation

ଶିଖଣ୍ଡୀ ଯେଉଁ ସୁବର୍ଣ୍ଣପକ୍ଷଯୁକ୍ତ ଓ ଶିଳାରେ ଘସି ତୀକ୍ଷ୍ଣ କରାଯାଇଥିବା ଭୟଙ୍କର ବାଣ ପ୍ରୟୋଗ କଲା, ସେଗୁଡ଼ିକ ମଧ୍ୟ ଭୀଷ୍ମଙ୍କ ଦେହରେ ନ ଘା କରିପାରିଲା, ନ ପୀଡ଼ା ଜନ୍ମାଇପାରିଲା।
