सह वृष्ण्यन्धकव्याप्रैरुपासांचक्रिरे तदा | तत्र नानाविधाकारा: कथा: समभिकीरत्त्य वै

Transliteration

saha vṛṣṇyandhakavyāprair upāsāṃ cakrire tadā | tatra nānāvidhākārāḥ kathāḥ samabhikīrtya vai ||

Translation

ବୈଶମ୍ପାୟନ କହିଲେ: ତେବେ ବୃଷ୍ଣି ଓ ଅନ୍ଧକ ବଂଶର ପ୍ରମୁଖ ବୀରମାନଙ୍କ ସହ ସେମାନେ ଶ୍ରଦ୍ଧାପୂର୍ବକ ଉପାସନା-ସେବା କଲେ। ସେଠାରେ ନାନା ପ୍ରକାର କଥା ଓ ବୃତ୍ତାନ୍ତ ଯଥୋଚିତ ଭାବେ କୁହା-ଶୁଣା ହେଲା, ଏବଂ ଧର୍ମୋଚିତ ପରାମର୍ଶର ଆବହ ଗଢ଼ିଉଠିଲା।
