Kṛṣṇa’s Departure, Auspicious Omens, and the Opening of the Uttaṅka Dialogue (कृष्णप्रयाण-निमित्त-उत्तङ्कसंवाद-प्रारम्भः)
राजानं च समासाद्य धर्मात्मानं युधिष्ठिरम् । चोदयिष्यामि धर्मज्ञ गमनार्थ तवानघ
vaiśampāyana uvāca |
rājānaṃ ca samāsādya dharmātmānaṃ yudhiṣṭhiram |
codayiṣyāmi dharmajña gamanārtha tavānagha |
baladevaṃ ca durdharṣa tathānyān vṛṣṇipāṇḍavān ||
ବୈଶମ୍ପାୟନ କହିଲେ— ଧର୍ମାତ୍ମା ରାଜା ଯୁଧିଷ୍ଠିରଙ୍କ ପାଖକୁ ଯାଇ, ହେ ଧର୍ମଜ୍ଞ, ହେ ନିଷ୍ପାପ! ତୁମ ଗମନ ପାଇଁ ଅନୁମତି ଦେବାକୁ ମୁଁ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଅନୁରୋଧ କରିବି। ତୁମେ ଦୁର୍ଧର୍ଷ ବଳଦେବ ଓ ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ବୃଷ୍ଣି ଏବଂ ପାଣ୍ଡବ ବୀରମାନଙ୍କୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ଦେଖିବ।
