Consolation of Yudhiṣṭhira; Rites and Gifts; Return to Hastināpura
आश्चासितोऊ हं प्राग्वृद्धैर्भवद्धिर्मुनिपुड़वै: । न सूक्ष्ममपि मे किंचिद् व्यलीकमिह विद्यते
āśvāsito ’haṃ prāg vṛddhair bhavadbhir munipuṅgavaiḥ | na sūkṣmam api me kiñcid vyalīkam iha vidyate ||
ବୈଶମ୍ପାୟନ କହିଲେ—ମହାନୁଭାବମାନେ! ଆପଣମାନେ ବୃଦ୍ଧ ଏବଂ ମୁନିମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ। ଆପଣଙ୍କ ବାଣୀ ମୋତେ ଗଭୀର ସାନ୍ତ୍ୱନା ଦେଇଛି; ଏବେ ମୋ ମନରେ ସୂକ୍ଷ୍ମମାତ୍ର ଦୁଃଖ ମଧ୍ୟ ନାହିଁ।
वैशम्पायन उवाच
Wise counsel from elders and accomplished sages can steady the mind: when guidance is truthful and compassionate, it removes even subtle remnants of grief and restores inner clarity.
Vaiśampāyana reports that he has been reassured by venerable sages; their words have dispelled his sorrow so completely that no trace of inner distress remains.
