गन्धर्व मां धृतराष्ट्रं निबोध त्वामागतं वक्तुकामं नरेन्द्र । ऐन्द्रं वाक्यं शृणु मे राजसिंह यत् प्राह लोकाधिपतिर्महात्मा
gandharva māṃ dhṛtarāṣṭraṃ nibodha tvām āgataṃ vaktukāmaṃ narendra | aindraṃ vākyaṃ śṛṇu me rājasiṃha yat prāha lokādhipatir mahātmā ||
“ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର! ମୋତେ ଧୃତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ନାମକ ଗନ୍ଧର୍ବ ବୋଲି ଜାଣ; ତୁମ ସହ କଥା କହିବା ଇଚ୍ଛାରେ ମୁଁ ଆସିଛି। ରାଜସିଂହ! ମୋ ମୁଖରୁ ଇନ୍ଦ୍ରଙ୍କ ବାର୍ତ୍ତା ଶୁଣ—ଲୋକାଧିପତି ମହାତ୍ମା ଯାହା କହିଛନ୍ତି ସେଇ ବଚନ।”
