तत्र मन्त्रविदां श्रेष्ठस्तपोवृद्धों महाव्रत: । जग्राह पार्णिं धर्मात्मा विधिमन्त्रपुरस्कृतम्,वहाँ मन्त्रवेत्ताओंमें श्रेष्ठ तपोवृद्ध महाव्रती धर्मात्मा जरत्कारुने शास्त्रीय विधि और मन्त्रोच्चारणके साथ नागकन्याका पाणिग्रहण किया
tatra mantravidāṁ śreṣṭhas tapovṛddho mahāvrataḥ | jagrāha pāṇiṁ dharmātmā vidhimantrapuraskṛtam ||
ସେଠାରେ ମନ୍ତ୍ରବିଦ୍ୟାରେ ଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ, ତପସ୍ୟାରେ ପକ୍ୱ, ମହାବ୍ରତଧାରୀ ଧର୍ମାତ୍ମା ଜରତ୍କାରୁ ଶାସ୍ତ୍ରୋକ୍ତ ବିଧି ଓ ନିୟତ ମନ୍ତ୍ରସହ ନାଗକନ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ପାଣିଗ୍ରହଣ କଲେ।
