अर्जुनस्य लक्ष्यवेधः

Arjuna’s Hitting of the Target at the Svayaṃvara

स चक्रे तात लोकानां विनाशाय महामना: । सर्वेषामेव कार्त्स्न्येन मन: प्रवणमात्मन:,वत्स पराशर! उन महामना मुनिने समस्त लोकोंका पूर्णरूपसे विनाश करनेकी ओर अपना मन लगाया

sa cakre tāta lokānāṁ vināśāya mahāmanāḥ | sarveṣām eva kārtsnyena manaḥ pravaṇam ātmanaḥ | vatsa parāśara |

ବସିଷ୍ଠ କହିଲେ—ବତ୍ସ! ସେ ମହାମନା ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର ବିନାଶ ପାଇଁ ସଙ୍କଳ୍ପ କଲେ। ତାଙ୍କ ମନ ସମସ୍ତ ପ୍ରାଣୀଙ୍କର ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ସଂହାର ଦିଗକୁ ସର୍ବଥା ପ୍ରବଣ ହେଲା।
