गन्धर्व उवाच
The verse highlights reciprocity and honor: a worthy person is praised and supported through appropriate gifts, and generosity functions as a social-ethical bond that affirms alliance and respect.
A Gandharva addresses a heroic figure and promises a substantial gift—Gandharva-bred horses—granting one hundred each to him and to each of his brothers, marking esteem and strengthening ties.
