वैशम्पायन उवाच
The verse highlights the ethical and practical weight of hereditary legitimacy: removing someone from an ancestral kingdom by brute force is portrayed as difficult and implicitly questionable, especially when the person has strong support.
Vaiśampāyana reports a deliberative stance: the speakers consider whether it is feasible to expel a claimant/holder from an inherited kingdom, but conclude that forceful removal is not realistically possible, particularly due to the presence of many allies.
