वैशम्पायन उवाच
A society grounded in dharma is marked not merely by the absence of crime but by the absence of inner inclination toward adharma; when moral disposition is purified, social harmony resembles the ideal of the Kṛta (Satya) Yuga.
Vaiśampāyana describes a time or condition in which the kingdoms’ regions are so well-ordered and righteous that banditry and sinful tendencies are absent, and the land appears to be living under the standards of the Kṛta Yuga.
