This verse states that with the rise of a divine, purified condition, one attains a divya-deha that is no longer harmed by extreme painful elements like fire or molten substances—signifying protection through spiritual purification.
It implies that as the soul progresses into a higher, purified state, its experiential body changes (into a divya-deha), reducing susceptibility to torment and indicating a transition from suffering to purity-based freedom.
Cultivate purity through dharma, self-restraint, truthful living, and sincere ritual/inner worship—because the text links inner purification with protection and upliftment in the post-death journey.
