ruroda rudro bhayakaṃpitāṅgo jighrāmi nirmālyamidaṃ kathaṃ te / jihvāsthito jihva saṃjño murāre jihvendriyeṇāpi tathārpitaṃ ca

ଭୟରେ କମ୍ପିତ ଅଙ୍ଗରେ ରୁଦ୍ର କାନ୍ଦିବାକୁ ଲାଗିଲେ: "ମୁଁ ଆପଣଙ୍କ ଏହି ନିର୍ମାଲ୍ୟକୁ କିପରି ଆଘ୍ରାଣ କରିବି?" ହେ ମୁରାରି, ଆପଣ ଜିହ୍ବାରେ ଅବସ୍ଥିତ ଏବଂ 'ଜିହ୍ବା' ନାମରେ ପରିଚିତ, ତଥାପି ଜିହ୍ୱେନ୍ଦ୍ରିୟ ଦ୍ୱାରା ମଧ୍ୟ ଅର୍ପଣ କରାଗଲା।
