श्रीशुक उवाच हरितो रोहितसुतश्चम्पस्तस्माद् विनिर्मिता । चम्पापुरी सुदेवोऽतो विजयो यस्य चात्मज: ॥ १ ॥
śrī-śuka uvāca harito rohita-sutaś campas tasmād vinirmitā campāpurī sudevo ’to vijayo yasya cātmajaḥ
ଶ୍ରୀଶୁକ କହିଲେ—ରୋହିତଙ୍କ ପୁତ୍ର ହରିତ, ହରିତଙ୍କ ପୁତ୍ର ଚମ୍ପ। ସେଇ ଚମ୍ପ ଚମ୍ପାପୁରୀ ନଗର ନିର୍ମାଣ କଲେ। ଚମ୍ପଙ୍କ ପୁତ୍ର ସୁଦେବ ଓ ସୁଦେବଙ୍କ ପୁତ୍ର ବିଜୟ।
In this verse, Śukadeva Gosvāmī states that Harita, the son of Rohita, established Campāpurī.
