नम॒: पार्या॑य चावा॒र्या॒य च॒ नम॑: प्र॒तर॑णाय चो॒त्तर॑णाय च॒ नम॒स्तीर्थ्या॑य च॒ कूल्या॑य च॒ नम॒: शष्प्या॑य च॒ फेन्या॑य च

Transliteration

námaḥ pā́ryāya cāvā́ryāya ca námaḥ prátaraṇāya cottáraṇāya ca námas tī́rthyāya ca kū́lyāya ca námaḥ śáṣpyāya ca phényāya ca

Translation

Obeisance to him of the farther shore and to him of the hither shore! Obeisance to the Fording One and to the Carrying-across One! Obeisance to him of the Ford and to him of the Bank! Obeisance to him in the young grass and to him in the foam!
