Kumbhakarna’s Departure for Battle
गर्जन्ति न वृथाशूरानिर्जलाइवतोयदाः ।पश्यसम्पद्यमानंतुगर्जितंयुधिकर्मणा ।।।।
garjanti na vṛthā śūrā nirjalā iva toyadāḥ | paśya sampadyamānaṃ tu garjitaṃ yudhi karmaṇā ||
သူရဲကောင်းတို့သည် ရေမရှိသော မိုးတိမ်ကဲ့သို့ အလကားမဟုတ်ဘဲ မာန်ထန်အော်ဟစ်ကြသည်မဟုတ်; စစ်မြေပြင်၌ လုပ်ရပ်ဖြင့် အမှန်တကယ်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း သက်သေပြသော ငါ၏အော်ဟစ်သံကို ကြည့်လော့။
"Warriors will not roar wastefully like waterless clouds. You will see me roaring after having completed the action."
Dharma aligns speech with action: true strength is not empty boasting but promises verified by deeds—an expression of satya (truthfulness) in conduct.
Kumbhakarṇa asserts that his battle-cry will not be hollow; he will demonstrate his power through actual combat.
Satya and vīrya (truthful resolve and valour)—credibility earned through action.
