"(O Ravana) of great strength! Take hold of Sita forcibly like the cock, enjoy and revel with her."
It presents a clear violation of dharma: coercion and sexual violence are condemned in the Ramayana’s moral universe. Dharma is grounded in consent, restraint, and protection of the vulnerable.
Rāvaṇa is being urged by a counselor to abandon caution and to forcefully possess Sītā, even as the threat of Rāma’s arrival grows.
Negatively, the verse foregrounds uncontrolled kāma (desire) and hubris; the implied virtue upheld elsewhere by Rāma is self-mastery and honor.
